These terms govern your use of Pathyq: Arrow Puzzle, a mobile puzzle game published by Brother Labs. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using The App

You may use Pathyq for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or advertising systems, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Game Progress And Availability

Game progress and settings may be stored on your device. Removing the app, clearing app data, changing devices, or technical failures may remove local progress. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to maintain or improve the app.

Advertising And Third-Party Services

Pathyq may display advertising and use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Availability of ads, rewards, analytics, or remote features can vary by device, region, network, and provider.

Rewards

In-app stars, hints, badges, levels, and advertising rewards are virtual game features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted when necessary to correct errors, prevent abuse, or rebalance the game.

Intellectual Property

Pathyq, its visual design, code, game content, branding, and related materials are owned by Brother Labs or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer And Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Brother Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
